The ability to eat wihout having to worry about putting on weight
Uh-huh. I've lost it.
NO! I haven't been putting on weight!
It's just that I can't eat as much as I use to. My stomach shrank . Now I can hardly finish my meal without leaving any leftover on the plate. (tulang-tulang ikan atau ayam tidak termasuk okay! )
I guess I've been messing up with my eating patterns thats why.
